I've been looking after children in a variety of settings for over 15 years. As we continue to move to a ‘service-led’ future, I felt that London deserved a flexible, ‘on-demand’, nanny network for childcare. And so I created Flexi Pop-ins. It's been fantastic, we have such a great network of nannies, who each bring their own skills and personalities to the team.

I met Melissa in the summer of 2016. At the time Flexi Pop-ins was in its infancy. My first booking was a 3 month contract providing after school care for a family in Walthamstow. As part of being a Flexi Nanny we work with various families adapting to their needs. We meet monthly to update and support each other.
